A French Village – An impression of memory

This is an original Watercolour painting on A4 300gsm paper.

I have been creating paintings based on memories and pictures of French rural villages, as they make a great subject for expanding my portfolio.

I can personally frame with glass backboard and mount the original or print of any image. This can be modified to size to suit. Also I can offer different colours of frames if desired. Please email me if required.

There is always interest in the reflected images and it is an effective way to develop my understanding of congruent colour harmonies.

This particular image is of a ship of no particular name that is experiencing heavy seas. I feel that it represents difficult times and navigating our way through life.
