Watercolour painting is demanding as the work material is volatile. Working the paint is unique.

Creative because you have to leap in and have a go. I will often discard as much work as I keep it. A great thing for me to learn. Frustrating and freeing at the same time.

A fantastic learning experience and moments of magic happen when you keep at it. As a challenge, at the beginning of 2019, I created about 50 paintings. Some of them I have chosen to put out for sale. By persisting and working daily, I have been able to become much more confident.

As an artist, daily practice is a useful way to grow in confidence.
